The Center for Pastoral Enrichment

We focus on serving the nearly 150 pastors of our Network churches through regular ministries of encouragement, support and training. Some of our current ministries include:

Pastors Camping Trips

Twice per summer (2026 dates include June 7-10 and September 13-16), NF pastors join in the Adirondacks mountains for a strong time of fellowship: camping, praying, sharing best practices, swapping ideas, all at a relaxed pace and against the beautiful backdrop of the natural beauty of the Adirondacks.

The 2 events for 2026 each have a different flavor:

For June, we’ve rented private islands in Indian Lake for an out-of-cell-service, rustic experience. We’ll head in by boat on Sunday night the 7th and return on Wednesday the 10th.

For September, we’ll host the event on the property of Independent Baptist.

General Support and Counsel

Our regional representatives, Brian King and Jim Vogel, are available to personally help our pastors through counseling, consulting, and prayer support as desired.

They can help during a visit to the church or at our NF Ministry Center, located at 13 Charles Storch Rd., Elmira NY 14903. Several other areas of support are listed below.

Pastors’ Wives: The Selah Collective Retreat

November 6-7, 2026, 4 pm-4pm

A new 24-hour retreat has been established for the wives of pastors and full-time missionaries to offer time away to rest, connect, and be refreshed with other women in similar roles.

Hosted by Lamoka Baptist Camp, Tyrone, NY

$75 for 1 overnight and 3 meals and all activities

$50 for Saturday only, 2 meals and all activities
